I’ve spent the majority of my career working with enterprise organizations on complex technology initiatives. Over time, a consistent pattern emerged: when initiatives failed, it was rarely because the technology didn’t work — it was because the organization wasn’t ready.
Promising efforts stalled due to unclear goals, leadership misalignment, lack of governance, and low adoption — long before technical limitations became the issue.
